Customization of the process document interface

VDoc offers a large litheness in the form customization. You can specify the presentation of each form using the XML description available from the administration interface.

Here are the forms that you can customize:

  • step forms during modification
  • step forms during print
  • main form when the connected person should not operate
  • form header in read/modify
  • form header in print
  • The creation form
  • The reminder form
  • The step change form;
  • mail templates for
    • step delay
    • operating at a step
    • The information email that can be sent from a step
    • The complementary information email to a third person
  • And the email forms that can be customized or use the email template description.

Every forms use the same principles for describing the interface.
